As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Parallel Domain, I hold very strong relationships with our largest and most complex technical and business stakeholders in the world-leading ADAS and drone industries. I drive enablement, deliver strategic ML and data consulting, manage project deliveries, and ensure the successful adoption and productive use of our SaaS solutions for generating synthetic data to train and validate perception models, empowering our customers to achieve their end goals.
Before transitioning to a CSM role, I had the privilage of advancing the field of computer and data science through impactful contributions in both academia (UBC IAL, IRES, DML) and industry (Ubisoft La Forge , Robert Bosch Research). My work is highlighted by several peer-reviewed publications in top conferences and journals.
